Frequently
asked questions
Practical answers about ordering custom lighting in Israel.
How long does a custom lamp take?
Most pieces ship in 4–8 weeks after you approve drawings and finishes. Complex brass or glass suites may take longer; we confirm timing in your quote.
Do prices include VAT and delivery?
Listed starting prices are in ₪ and typically exclude VAT. Greater Tel Aviv delivery is often included on Studio Piece orders; nationwide shipping is quoted separately.
Can you match existing finishes?
Yes. Bring samples or RAL / NCS references. We can also work from stone, wood, or metal already on site.
Are lamps hardwired or plug-in?
Both. Ceiling pendants are usually hardwired; floor and table lamps can be plug-in with Israeli Type H plugs or prepared for electrician install.
